Depois da histeria em torno das fotografias encontradas na prisão de Abu Ghraib procuram-se encontrar bodes expiatórios para o caso. Por mais que as autoridades Norte-Americanas favoreçam esta situação tudo indicia para que estes actos não sejam esporádicos, e esta é a questão nuclear.
